	I can’t open a .zip file.

Solution Some of our downloads may be in .zip format. WinZip compresses files
for quicker download. Most computers already have WinZip on them.
If yours does not, you can download it at: www.winzip.com Once you
download the zipped file to your computer, use WinZip to unzip it by
“right clicking” on the zipped folder and choosing “extract all”. Then
follow the prompts from the “Extraction Wizard”.
